Get Worse Diet

This is a diet I made myself, with research on which things make you gain weight. It is unhealthy and will most likely lead to worsen malnutrition, but you'll lose weight. I'm already malnutritioned so I could care less if it worsens.

RULES

1. NO INSULIN
2. NO BREAD
3. NO MEAT
4. NO EGG YOLK
5. NO YOGURT
6. NO FAT
7. THE ONLY THING WITH INSULIN YOU CAN EAT IS EGG WHITES.


- try moving constantly
- chew sugar free gum when you're hungry
- drink alot of water when you're hungry
- No snacks.

FOOD SCHEDULE

BREAKFAST : 12 A.M.
LUNCH : 3 P.M.
DINNER : 5 P.M.
If you wake up after 12pm, do not eat anything until Lunch or Dinner.Lunch Time: From 3 P.M. till 3:30 P.M.No eating after 5:30, if you have to make food make it before 5pm so you don't slip up.NO LUNCH DAYS : Monday, Thursday, Friday
